Workers in Uncertainty; Will the Minister of Labor Be Dismissed Soon?

Speculations about the dismissal of the Minister of Labor have left the future of workers shrouded in ambiguity. A representative of the workers discusses the existing challenges.

Recently, there have been reports about managerial changes in the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare, which have raised significant concerns among workers. Mohsen Bagheri, the workers' representative in the Supreme Labor Council, explicitly criticized the instability of "Midari's" position and deemed this situation as causing uncertainty for workers.

Speculations and Challenges Ahead

Bagheri, referring to rumors about the potential dismissal of Midari, stated that if these changes occur, names such as the head of the Social Security Organization and the CEO of Shasta are being considered as replacement options. He emphasized that working with these individuals, especially for labor representatives, is very challenging, and experience has shown that effective interaction with such managers will be problematic.

This labor representative also added that the instability in Midari's management has led to important decisions regarding the work and livelihood of workers being faced with ambiguity and delays. The existing uncertainty has clearly impacted the wage negotiation process and the pursuit of the labor community's demands, and it is expected that clarity regarding the management status of this ministry will be provided as soon as possible.
