Suspicious Efforts to Award to Avaye Jahambin
Since Omidi-Zadeh took on this responsibility, reports indicate that at least two maintenance contracts have been awarded to this company. Various projects, including pipeline projects and Mahshahr, have reached this company, while Avaye Jahambin's activity history is limited to low-ranking pipe welding at Lorestan Petrochemical.
Furthermore, there is evidence suggesting that Omidi-Zadeh attempted to introduce his brother as the winner in one of the Mahshahr site maintenance tenders. However, after receiving a commission, this individual withdrew from the process in favor of Avaye Jahambin. Part of these commissions has been allocated to purchasing properties in expensive areas of Khorramabad.
Pressure on Contractors and Delays in Payments
Reports indicate that contractors face issues such as contract cancellation or delays in payment of invoices if "rights and accounts" are not paid. For instance, the claims of the contractor for the water treatment plant have gone unpaid for months. Additionally, after joining the Amin-Nejad team and collaborating with Nader Mousavi, Omidi-Zadeh has continued to receive commissions from active contractors.
