Ethnic Appointments in Ahvaz Oil; Crisis in the Medical Center

Management by Bahram Dehghan at the Ahvaz Oil Center is facing ethnic appointments and a decline in the quality of medical services.

Ethnic elections under the management of Bahram Dehghan at the Ahvaz Oil Center have turned into a point of dissatisfaction and protest among employees. These appointments, based on nepotism and ethnicity, have not only severely reduced the quality of medical services but have also increased the mortality rate of patients.

Bribery and Suspicious Appointments

The insistence on hiring local Behbahanis and contracting with doctors who lack sufficient experience has led to a significant decline in the quality of services at this center. In this context, the appointment of Ms. Mojtahedi, who holds a veterinary degree, as the head of public relations, indicates the influence of ethnic lobbies. The father of this individual is a board member of several oil companies, and the promises of lobbying to maintain Dehghan's position in this role have raised serious concerns.

In the list of ethnic appointments, names such as Dr. Baghaei, Dr. Shamsaie, and Dr. Gharayesh are seen, who have been placed in these positions solely due to ethnic interests. This situation has severely negatively impacted the activities of the Ahvaz Oil Health and Treatment Center and has intensified employee dissatisfaction.

Violations and Financial Corruption

Discrimination in hiring and purchases made without inquiries with billion-dollar commission percentages are just part of the violations that have occurred during Dehghan's management. These violations have caused widespread anger and dissatisfaction among employees. Some sources have even reported Dehghan's investments in Dubai and believe that he has transferred part of the income generated from corruption abroad.

Employees of this center are calling for the intervention of supervisory bodies and managers from the Ministry of Oil into this critical situation. The exposure of these violations clearly shows why Dehghan remains in his position.
