In the Arvand Free Zone, surprisingly, the Khorramshahr Bridge project has regressed instead of making progress. In April of this year, it was proudly announced that the project was 70% complete; however, after 8 months, only 46% progress has been reported!
Project Regression in Time and Physics
This means that during this time, not only has work not advanced, but the percentage of project completion has strangely decreased. It seems that time and physics are working in reverse here, and with each passing day, instead of a new bridge, people will face a new puzzle and management challenge.
With this trend, it appears that by the end of the year, instead of inaugurating a new bridge, another management outcome will be delivered to the people. Does this situation indicate a serious failure in project management in this region?
