These individuals point out that Heydari has held various positions in the past with the support of the mayor, Mojahed Nazarat, and is now being introduced for the security post.
Additionally, the mayor of Mahshahr has a case under appeal in the judicial authorities of Khuzestan province, and Ayoub Askari, the head of the city council, has been his lawyer in this case. According to informed sources, Mortaza Heydari has also secretly assisted in resolving this case.

Reports refer to Mortaza Heydari's conviction for forgery of documents of some municipality employees, which occurred alongside Ms. Hayati in human resources. This issue, following the investigations of the then head of municipality security, led to Heydari's dismissal from the positions of "human resources" and "head of administrative affairs."
