Special Report / Networking in the Shadows: The controversial rise of Milad Rabati in the petrochemical industry and the creation of an extortion gang known as the "Brown Bears Circle"
Milad Rabati, one of the controversial and unprecedented figures in the field of public relations and support for the petrochemical industry, has defined his career path over the past few years not based on professional merit, but on digital extortion, organized destruction of managers, individuals, and networking in the shadows.
The Brown Bears Circle and the Corruption Gang
Investigations show that Rabati, alongside Adel Karimnasab known as Rivan and Javad Jalili, has created a media extortion gang in petrochemicals; a gang that focuses on publishing private photos and videos of individuals and threatening managers to gain economic benefits and sensitive appointments.
Rabati's growth trajectory is a model of accumulating influence through crisis creation. In 1400 (2021), under direct pressure from Jalili, he was appointed as the public relations officer of Denah Petrochemical without any prior experience; however, just a few weeks later, with the aim of seizing the position of head of support, he began a campaign to destroy Ali Karimi, the then CEO of Denah.
Destruction and Corruption in Petrochemicals
His swift dismissal and transfer to Lavan Company did not change the situation. This time, Rabati targeted Danial Kianablond, the then CEO of Lavan, for extensive destruction; an action that ended with his dismissal again, forcing him to return to Denah. However, in Denah as well, a media attack on Hashemi, the new CEO, led to his second dismissal.
After the removal of Mousavi in Masjed Soleiman and the appointment of Abbas Moazami, Rabati was dismissed just a few days later due to corruption. His house arrest ended with his connection to Faqihi, the son-in-law of Moslehi, and he found his way to one of the Iranol companies; however, he was dismissed again due to a new report of financial corruption by the CEO of Iranol.
Now, Rabati is stationed in another company introduced by Habib Dibachi and continues the same path as before: destruction, media pressure, and attempts to gain positions that ultimately lead to economic corruption.
This report is just a part of the action pattern of a media extortion gang through crisis creation; a pattern that has today become one of the most serious threats to the health of the petrochemical industry.
