This suspicious appointment has been made with the direct support of influential figures such as "Jalil Mokhtar" and "Motorezadeh" and through extensive lobbying.
Management and Corruption in Construction Projects
The previous management of the university, while on the verge of leaving their position, awarded major construction projects, including the construction of new hospitals, to contractors close to them. Currently, oversight bodies, including the General Inspection Organization and the Inspection Organization, are pursuing these controversial cases.
The new head of the university is heavily accused of handing over key projects such as the "Burn Unit of Shahid Beheshti Hospital in Abadan" and the "Khorramshahr Heart Hospital" to contractors from his hometown without holding tenders and bypassing regulations. This issue was clearly raised last week in the presence of the Director General of Construction at the Ministry of Health.
One of the discussed contractors is "Arjan Company," which is connected to individuals close to the new head and has been involved in the new phase of the outpatient hospital in Abadan for years.

In the latest appointment, "Mohammad Sadegh Salhashour," who lacks a medical degree and was arrested with handcuffs due to extensive financial misconduct at Ahvaz University of Medical Sciences, has been appointed as the Vice President for Development and Resource Management at Abadan University of Medical Sciences.
All eyes are on Ms. Khazaal, one of the links in the corruption chain. She, who is under the support of Jalil Mokhtar, has faced severe criticism from staff due to allegations of embezzlement and misuse of budget, and several times her subordinates have resigned due to her blatant corruption.
