The Uncertainty of the Victims of the Home Fund: Zahra Hosseini at the Center of Protests

The victims of Zahra Hosseini's home fund are protesting the lack of cooperation from judicial authorities after two years of uncertainty. Do hidden connections play a role in this case?

Two years after the investigation into the fraud case attributed to home loan funds in Ramhormoz and the arrest of the main suspect, Zahra Hosseini, a group of victims are protesting the uncertainty in the proceedings.

Claims of the Victims and Inaction of the Judiciary

A group of victims issued a statement claiming that Hosseini, during the period from 2020 to 2022, collected the notebooks and financial documents of the funds under her supervision. Despite the documentation regarding her official transfer from Ahvaz prison to the Ramhormoz police and the establishment of a “People's Demands Committee,” unfortunately, there has been no effective cooperation from some judicial authorities in the county in providing documents and following up on complaints.

According to the plaintiffs' claims, a significant portion of the debts has been settled through agreements between the parties under the supervision of the “People's Demands Committee,” but Hosseini's office now does not recognize these settlements, and some individuals are facing prosecution. This is while the agreements were made in the presence of Hosseini, police officers, and committee officials.

Unanswered Questions and the Shadow of Unclear Connections

The recent protests by the victims against the inaction of the judiciary have once again raised the possibility of unclear connections between the accused and some supervisory institutions in public opinion. This situation not only troubles the victims but also undermines public trust in the judicial system.
