According to a complaint registered in the judiciary system and obtained by Feydus, a criminal complaint has been filed against Rouhollah Zandi, the prosecutor of Abadan. He is accused of committing crimes such as official document forgery by a government official, using forged official documents, and issuing false reports.
Requests Made in the Complaint
The complaint includes requests such as inquiries from the judiciary systems, inquiries from the Khuzestan judiciary's information protection, obtaining an official expert opinion, and conducting local investigations. Zandi, who has previously been accused in various judicial cases of exerting influence and collusion with parties, is now accused of attempting to divert the judicial case path using forged documents.
Zandi's history shows that his widespread corruption within the Abadan judicial system has repeatedly led to complaints being filed against him in the Special Court for Judges. However, each time, through his connections, these cases have been halted by exerting pressure. Creating an effective network including government officials, parliament members, and contractors who have gained special and large economic contracts in the region through favoritism is another indication of Zandi's corruption. This network allows economic offenders to remain safe from judicial prosecution by paying bribes.

Feydus has previously mentioned Zandi and his corruption in several cases. The organized fuel smuggling network case on the Abadan coast is just one example of judicial cases where Zandi's influential role, by receiving large bribes, diverted its course.
Lack of Action by Judicial Authorities
It is unclear why, despite the repeated offenses by Zandi and the exposure of his bribery, judicial authorities do not take action against this corrupt figure within the Khuzestan and Abadan judicial system and do not respond to the volume of protests and dissatisfaction from citizens regarding Zandi's performance.
