Violations in Arvandan Oil and Gas Company
A series of violations in the Arvandan Oil and Gas Company under the management of Hamid Deris has led to the self-immolation of the company's workers. These incidents have occurred while the company managers have shown indifference to these problems.
Suicide Due to Non-payment of Housing Deposit
Before the 40-day war, one of Arvandan's employees committed suicide due to the non-payment of a 300 million toman housing deposit and died in a burn hospital. Informed sources have stated that Hamid Deris has relocated all Arvandan's subsidiary offices to Ahvaz. One of the reasons for this worker's self-immolation was the non-allocation of a housing deposit due to residing in Hoveyzeh.

Violation in Office Relocation
According to Arvandan's statute, all of the company's offices must be located in Khorramshahr, and relocating them to Ahvaz is considered a clear management violation.

Circle of Dependent Managers and Corruption
Informed sources have pointed to a circle of managers dependent on Deris who play a role in advancing his violations and corruption. Deris, with the help of Majdam and case-building with the cooperation of Sara Moazen, head of inspection and auditing, and Nemat Chegani, head of security, closes the cases formed against him.
Shelter During Wartime
During the war, Deris equipped a house in Kianpars, Ahvaz, to be used as a shelter. This house, according to documents, belonged to Majdam and was a place for meetings related to contractor dealings and receiving Deris and Majdam's shares from contracts.
Sara Moazen's Role in Case-building
According to existing documents, the responsibility for case-building and legalizing these violations falls on Sara Moazen. She receives a special share of the company's financial corruption from Deris and Majdam, making it impossible to address the managers' violations and the complaints of the company's workers and employees.
