While many local youths in Bushehr province and the Asaluyeh region are still waiting for job opportunities, claims have been made about the hiring of a relative of a senior manager at Pars Petrochemical. According to these young people, due to the conditions caused by the war and hiring restrictions, active companies in Asaluyeh claim that there is no possibility of recruiting new staff.
Controversial Hiring
Meanwhile, according to received information, Mohammad Majaver Sheikhan, the CEO of Pazarghad Non-Industrial Operations Company, has recently hired his nephew, born in 1999, at Pars Petrochemical, and he has started working in the training unit of this company. The sources presenting this claim consider this action as an example of family favoritism and have called for investigation and transparency from the authorities.

Problems of Local Youth
This claim is made under circumstances where many local youths, despite having the expertise, experience, and necessary conditions for employment, have still not succeeded in entering large petrochemical complexes. It has been repeatedly announced that due to existing limitations, recruiting new staff is not possible.
Criticism of Hiring Policies
Critics believe that if the policy of stopping or restricting hiring is applied due to the country's special conditions, this policy should be implemented equally for everyone, and no one should be exempted from it solely based on family connections or managerial influence.
On the other hand, if the recruitment process is still ongoing, it is expected that priority should be given to qualified local forces, and criteria such as meritocracy, justice, and transparency should be the basis for decision-making.
