Sharafat and Tavhidian have also been accused of suspicious connections with another CEO regarding transportation contracts, and they have been asked to explain these connections.
Another accusation raised is the claim of distributing luxury gifts, including at least 30 iPhone 17 devices in the final months of Reza Karimi's management. Critics allege that these expensive gifts were given to individuals who were working to keep Reza Karimi in his managerial position, and Akbar Tavhidian must explain how the financial resources for these gifts were secured and the identities of the recipients.
Criticism of Appointments and Suspicious Collaborations
Furthermore, the appointments of certain managers have also come under criticism. For instance, the name of Mehdi Asalatfard, who was appointed to a managerial position in the internal auditing department despite lacking the necessary expertise, and Moslem Yazdandoost, who has been appointed as the legal manager, have been mentioned in these criticisms.
Rumors have also circulated about the suspicious collaborations of certain individuals with Tak-Safar and PouyanSabz companies, which, according to the claimants, have manipulated contracts, tenders, and monthly invoices.
