Traces of Violation in Purchasing Parts at Astronomical Prices
In one of the largest financial violations at the South Oil Fields Company, the manager of the turbine repair department has caused an unreasonable increase in the prices of necessary parts through suspicious collusion. This violation, related to the 1300 billion contract, includes the purchase of 150 kilograms of steel at an astronomical price, raising serious suspicions.
The agreements made have resulted in the price of each steel pin unusually reaching 4,000 euros and even up to 7,700 euros for some items, while the actual price of these parts is significantly lower than these figures. According to available documents, these orders have been calculated at approximately 6 times the current rate, clearly indicating financial abuses within the company.
Possibility of Buying Gold Instead of Steel
Given the astronomical prices paid for these pins, the company could have purchased 70 kilograms of gold. In fact, with the amount spent on 1,100 steel pins, it could have instead invested in gold, which itself indicates a contradiction and disregard for national resources.
