They have pointed to familiar names in the board of directors and believe that these selections have significantly negatively impacted the board's performance.

According to these employees, the current CEO, Mr. Mosaddeghifar, has focused more on selecting managers from outside the organization, which has led to experienced and specialized internal staff being sidelined. The appointment of "Rafizadeh" as deputy and his unsuccessful track record in projects that have yet to be operationalized is among the serious criticisms raised by the employees.
