Crisis of Competence in Management: 1941 Suspicious Appointments in the Ministry of Labor

The Court of Audit has announced that due to the lack of adherence to legal regulations in the qualification of 1941 managerial positions in companies affiliated with the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare, the review and alignment of new appointments with legal regulations is on the agenda. This action is in line with the implementation of the cabinet's approved directive regarding the qualification of CEOs and board members.

Lack of Legal Process Compliance

Despite the Court of Audit's repeated follow-ups and warnings, the legal process for qualifying 1941 managerial positions out of a total of 1984 positions in the ministry's companies has not been followed. This indicates a lack of compliance of appointments with legal regulations, which could have serious consequences.

Consequences of Not Fulfilling Legal Obligations

The Court of Audit has warned that if there is a refusal to fulfill legal obligations, the case of the violators will be referred to the Court of Audit's prosecutor's office for investigation and legal punishment. This action reflects the Court of Audit's serious determination to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in managerial appointments.
