Corruption Ring and Paper Transactions
🔸 In this case, a ring including Hamid Nazari, the former sales manager of the National Group, Ali Shabani, the CEO of Shafaq Rahan Oxin Company, and Shahab Mowali Zadeh, the commercial manager of Shafaq, have jointly played a role in creating a special rent for purchasing rebar. This rent has been designed to cover the electoral expenses of Amir Hossein Nazari through opening letters of credit and distributing the profits derived from it.
🔸 However, the interesting point is that the buying and selling that has only been conducted on paper raises many questions. In less than a month, the rebar purchased from the National Group has been sold through intermediaries to a company named Mohkam Karane Adalat.
Multiple Interests and Unanswered Questions
🔸 According to obtained documents, the invoice issued by the National Group for Oxin Company regarding rebar with a volume of 748 thousand kilograms was equivalent to 18 billion tomans, while the invoice issued by Oxin for Mohkam Karane Adalat for the same volume amounts to over 20 billion tomans.
