The return of Reza Naeimi to the position of public relations manager at Abadan Oil Refinery has once again sparked a wave of speculation and accusations. Naeimi, who was previously dismissed due to multiple financial and administrative violations, has now returned to the scene with the support of political and economic lobbies.
Lobbying and Selling Positions
Reports indicate that Naeimi's return is the result of complex lobbying carried out by representatives such as Movahed and Tajgardoon. These representatives, leveraging Naeimi's influence, have taken control of some appointments and contract agreements related to public relations. The sale of organizational positions to various individuals, which occurred in previous periods, is now being repeated.
One of Naeimi's notable violations is receiving gold coins from non-company parents for school enrollments. Additionally, cultural and artistic purchases through an individual named Basraei, with the presentation of fake invoices, is another of his revenue-generating methods.
Widespread and Unanswered Violations
The awarding of banner and wall writing contracts to a specific individual and the renewal of these contracts have also been added to Naeimi's long list of violations. Informed sources have stated that Naeimi regularly met with well-known contractors at Aquarium Restaurants in Khorramshahr, Mazaif Haj Abdullah, and Caravanserai Hotel, with the aim of receiving commissions from the awarding of contracting agreements.
Receiving dollar amounts for shares from leasing the Oil Cinema and playing a role in important economic decisions are among other disclosed violations attributed to Naeimi. These actions were carried out in collaboration with Mousavi Sandroni and circles close to Rashidi, with Naeimi acting as an intermediary between Rashidi, Movahed, Tajgardoon, and other representatives.
While many of these violations were previously exposed, leading to Naeimi's dismissal, his return to this position raises serious questions about the performance of oversight bodies and the lack of effective action in this matter.
