This case involves the allocation of 450 billion tomans for the renovation of the Kosar pool in Abadan, which was handed over to a person named Jamdarpour.

Jamdarpour, by taking this amount, paid separate shares to Vaziri, the head of social services, and Hossein Mirzaei, the pool manager, to cover up the corruption. With the exposure of this corruption, Jamdarpour has been dismissed from his position, but other individuals like Vaziri and Mirzaei remain in their previous positions without any consequences. The important point is that previously, with the support of these individuals, Jamdarpour was supposed to be appointed as the head of transportation at Abadan Refinery.
