As the anniversary of Abdolmajid Khaksar's appointment as CEO of Hengam Petrochemical approaches, criticisms have been raised by employees and sources regarding his managerial performance, including lack of transparency, hiring non-competitive personnel, and not replacing inefficient managers. These criticisms have increased employee dissatisfaction and created challenges for the company's management.

Criticism of Abdolmajid Khaksar's Management in Hengam Petrochemical Intensifies

As the first anniversary of Abdolmajid Khaksar's appointment as CEO of Hengam Petrochemical approaches, some sources and employees of the company have voiced criticisms regarding his managerial performance and that of his team. Khaksar, after approximately six years of management at Nouri Petrochemical Complex, was appointed as CEO of Hengam Petrochemical upon the recommendation of Taghi Sanaei and the decree of Mohammad Shariatmadari. At the time of this appointment, some employees and industry activists hoped that his presence would steer the company's management towards increased transparency, adherence to the law, and the use of skilled and deserving personnel.

Criticism of Management Practices

However, critics claim that the performance of the new management over the past year has not met these expectations, and dissatisfaction among some employees has increased. According to these sources, the managerial decisions made in recent months have led some of the company's workforce to criticize the continuation of this trend. Some sources also claim that the recruitment of new personnel still occurs in some cases outside of competitive processes and employment tests; an issue they say is one of the main criticisms of the current management.

Managerial Challenges and Dissatisfaction

Another issue pointed out by critics is the lack of change among certain managers and officials who, in their view, have not performed satisfactorily. These sources believe that Hengam Petrochemical's management has not shown the necessary decisiveness in dealing with inefficient managers, which has added to the dissatisfaction. Critics also evaluate the expansion of the company's organizational chart as an incorrect decision, given that they claim Hengam Petrochemical is facing an excess of human resources.

According to these individuals, the use of consultants with poor performance, making some decisions based on trial and error in technical and non-technical areas, and management's involvement in some executive and detailed matters instead of relying on regulations and organizational mechanisms, are other weaknesses of the current management.

Some sources also claim that these conditions have provided an opportunity for some managers and employees with connections and influence to exploit the situation, thereby exacerbating dissatisfaction with the company's management performance.
