Additionally, harsh working conditions, managerial pressures on employees, and involvement in legal cases are other issues raised.

Behind the Scenes of Provisional Management in Kohgiluyeh Power Department

Some local activists and informed sources have raised criticisms about the management of the Kohgiluyeh County Power Department. These sources claim that Khosrow Parvizi, the head of the county's power department, has managed to maintain his managerial position by leveraging his connections with various political factions. Additionally, some employees and local sources have claimed that in this department's work environment, managerial pressures on employees, including threats of relocation or administrative actions, have led to dissatisfaction among some staff. According to these sources, employees who do not align with the existing managerial practices face more restrictions and pressures.

Political and Managerial Connections

In another part of these reports, some local sources have claimed that during the current management period, the use of the department's facilities and equipment for cooperation with some officials and political figures has also been raised. Parvizi has continuous lobbying with conservative figures like Bozorgvari, Mohahed, and Hashemi, as well as Kohgiluyeh representatives with Tajgardoon and other reformists. It is also said that this person has family ties with the second wife of Mohahed, a member of parliament, and has gained extensive influence through this connection. Meanwhile, he strives to maintain his position by keeping his connections with influential reformist forces in the Dehdasht area, such as Manteghian, Sadooghi, and Tajgardoon.

Additionally, some local activists, referring to the legal case of an employee of the Dehdasht Power Department, have called for a thorough investigation into the dimensions of this case and clarification of any potential connection with the managerial structure of this organization. In this case, a friend and closest person to him in the Dehdasht Power Department named Ata Avazadeh was arrested for stealing property and electrical equipment, with rumors suggesting Parvizi's involvement in this case as well.

Working Conditions and Management

Local activists have stated that Parvizi and his accomplice deputies are not even willing to be present at the power department during the hot days of the year and have chosen remote management for themselves, while the rest of the workers are forced to work during the hot hours of the day with minimal wages. Some employees have also said that during the hot days of the year, some managers are less present at the department, while operational forces are forced to work in harsh weather conditions. This issue has not yet been confirmed or denied by the relevant authorities.

Given the importance of these claims, it is expected that the Provincial Electricity Distribution Company and supervisory bodies, if there is evidence, will investigate the matter and announce the results to the public.
