In the Arvand Free Zone, surprisingly, the Khorramshahr Bridge project has regressed instead of progressing. In April this year, it was proudly announced that the project had achieved 70% progress; however, after 8 months, instead of progress, only 46% progress has been reported!
Project Regression in Time and Physics
This means that during this period, not only has the work not advanced, but the project's progress percentage has strangely decreased. It seems that here, time and physics work in reverse, and with each passing day, instead of a new bridge, people will face a new puzzle and management challenge.
With this trend, it seems that by the end of the year, instead of inaugurating a new bridge, another management consequence will be delivered to the people. Does this situation indicate a serious failure in project management in this area?
