Protest Against Dismissal of Experienced Staff
A group of employees from Abnoos Workforce Supply Company have sent a letter to officials, protesting the dismissal of experienced staff and the unfair implementation of hiring decisions, and have requested an immediate review of their employment situation. These employees believe that the company's recent decisions have been unfair and made without proper transparency.
End of Contract Despite Ongoing Activities
According to the signatories of this letter, about 51 employees of this company, with between 5 to 12 years of experience, have recently faced the announcement of contract termination. This is while Abnoos Company still has active contracts and its activities have not ceased. The employees believe that the termination of their cooperation does not align with the current status of the company and requires clarification from the officials.
Claim of Unequal Implementation of Resolutions
These employees have stated that they were told their continued cooperation is not possible based on a resolution regarding the employment of non-local staff. However, they claim that other individuals with similar conditions are still employed at their workplace. This issue has raised suspicions of selective and unequal implementation of this decision.
Request for Clarification and Prevention of Rights Violation
In this letter, it is emphasized that the experienced staff of the company have served in this organization for years and are now at risk of losing their jobs without a clear explanation. The authors of the letter consider this action unfair and have called for a thorough review of the decision-making process and prevention of employees' rights violations.
Criticism of Demand Follow-up Process
The protesting employees have also criticized the process of following up on their demands, writing that they have repeatedly visited Mr. Hayat-Moqaddam's office in recent days to raise the issue, but have not received a specific response so far. According to them, during one of the visits, they were even told, "Find him yourself and follow up on the issue"; a response that, in the opinion of these employees, is not befitting individuals who have served in this organization for years.
Request for Immediate Intervention by Officials
The signatories of this letter have finally requested the immediate intervention of relevant officials, a review of the dismissal process of experienced staff, clarification regarding the legal basis of this decision, and prevention of employees' rights violations.
