Some citizens of Yasuj have sent information to Feydus, making claims about the activities of an organized land grabbing gang in this city. According to the submitted information, the complainants claim that in some cases, the ownership documents of these lands have been issued through document forgery, local testimonies, and using influence in judicial processes. Despite numerous complaints, no effective result has been achieved from these cases so far. In one of the mentioned instances, it is claimed that a land previously owned by the Department of Education, after construction, was introduced as an inherited property and ultimately a verdict was issued in favor of one of this individual's relatives.

In continuation of these claims, the presence of some other individuals, including several doctors said to be relatives of this family, has also been mentioned. It is also claimed that one member of this family, without having a license or valid medical certificate, is illegally practicing injections. These claims have not yet been confirmed or denied by the competent authorities.
