Dissatisfaction with the Behavior of Khuzestan Road Management Director
The armed movement of Yazdan Khosravi, the head of Khuzestan Road Management, and his threats and insults towards workers and administrative staff have created severe dissatisfaction within this organization. These behaviors, along with ethnic insults, have made the work environment tense and sparked widespread protests.
Appointment Without Governor's Knowledge
Informed sources have reported that Khosravi, who was born in Kermanshah, was appointed without the governor's knowledge and by Reza Akbari, the Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development and the head of the Road Maintenance and Transportation Organization. The governor's opposition could not prevent this appointment, and the Ministry of Roads officials have remained silent in response to questions about this appointment.

Carrying Weapons and Threatening Staff
One of the concerning issues is Khosravi's movement with a personal pistol and his threats to contract and labor forces of the Road Management. These behaviors have caused concern and dissatisfaction among the employees and raised questions about the reasons for a government manager carrying a weapon.
Irregularities in Terminal Assignments
Khosravi's irregularities are not limited to carrying weapons and ethnic insults. He has also bypassed laws in the assignment of Shalamcheh and Chazabeh terminals without holding tenders, assigning these terminals to his related forces. These actions have been accompanied by receiving large sums of money, and Khosravi cites his connection to security agencies as a reason for not needing to answer to government officials.
Illegal Deductions from Employee Salaries
In another action, Khosravi has deducted amounts from the government-paid salary increases for the employees and workers of the provincial Road Management without explanation. These deductions, which ranged from 10 to 12 million tomans for some forces, have been deposited into Khosravi's personal account, and the reason is unclear.
Similar Performance History in Kermanshah
Media activists in Kermanshah province have revealed that Khosravi had a similar performance during his management of the Road Management in this province and introduced himself as a force connected to security circles. These behaviors indicate the existence of a network of influential forces in Khuzestan province that have allowed Khosravi to insult local workers and feel completely secure.
